We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
6.1 Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Authentication session cookies (NextAuth session token) and instance access cookies. These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
6.2 Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or similar services.
6.3 Third-Party Cookies
Stripe may set cookies when you interact with the payment form (Stripe.js) for fraud detection purposes. See Stripe's Cookie Policy for details.
6.4 Do Not Track
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Since we do not use tracking or analytics cookies, there is no tracking behavior to disable.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion, then permanently erased.
- Instance data: Retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation, then permanently destroyed.
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- Audit logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes, then automatically purged.
- Encrypted API keys: Deleted immediately when you remove them or when your instance is destroyed.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit: All connections use TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS enforced via HSTS with preload).
- Encryption at rest: Customer API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation (100,000 iterations) and per-instance salting.
- Password hashing: User passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). We never store plaintext passwords.
- Instance isolation: Each customer instance runs in its own container with dedicated network isolation, read-only filesystem, and non-root execution.
- Payment security: Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card details never touch our servers.
- Access controls: Administrative access is restricted, audited, and requires multi-factor authentication.
While we take security seriously, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
